As we begin processing orders immediately, cancellations made after 24 hours will incur a 20% cancellation fee to cover labor and processing costs already invested in your custom piece.

Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- It must include original packaging and tags
- You must provide a valid order number and proof of purchase

Restocking Fee
As each piece is custom-made based on your selected size, diamond, and gold options:
- Returns not related to manufacturing defects will incur a 20% restocking fee
- This fee covers resizing, polishing, and labor costs
If the returned item:
- Requires additional repair, cleaning, or restoration
- Is damaged or not in resellable condition
A higher restocking fee may apply depending on the required work.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- The wrong item
Contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Made-to-order Eternity Bands
- Items with physical damage caused after delivery
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase
- The remaining balance will be applied to your new purchase
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer
Note: Prices may vary depending on fluctuations in gold or stone rates.
Additional Terms
- Only one exchange per item is allowed
- Exchange credit is not transferable to future purchases
Return Shipping

- We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
Ring Resizing Policy
Resizing Limits
- Rings can be resized up or down by one full size only
- Resizing beyond this limit is not possible as it may affect design integrity
Exceptions
- Rings with full eternity stones cannot be resized
- Customers with such designs are encouraged to opt for an exchange
Alternative Option
In some cases, we may replace your ring with a newly crafted piece in the correct size. This applies mainly to plain gold bands without stones.
We will always consult you before proceeding with this option.
Shipping for Resizing
Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs, including customs (if applicable).

Repair Process
- Our specialists will assess your item and provide an intake report
- Work covered under warranty will begin immediately

Repairs typically take 2–3 weeks from the date we receive your item.
Important Note
If your piece requires a rare or unique stone, exact replacements may not always be available. We will contact you with suitable alternatives for approval.
